The Association of National Plus Schools- Bertaraf Internasional (ANPS-BI) is pleased to announce that the 3rd FORUM for EMERGING LEADERS will be held on Saturday, 5 December 2009 at BINUS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL - Serpong.  

We would like to invite new Principals and Vice-Principals, Subject and Area Coordinators, Team Leaders, Human Resource Managers, General Affairs Manager, Business Managers and senior teachers seeking leadership positions in schools to attend the Forum.

This year our theme is, EFFECTIVE INTERNATIONAL LEADERS THROUGH CULTURAL DIVERSITY. We will provide participants the opportunity:

• To enhance their own professional development

• To reflect on the practice of leadership and

• To get together and network with colleagues

Leadership is a significant factor that determines the success of a school.  Educational Leaders create the conditions for the development of professional learning communities.

Specifically, this year's Forum is a follow up of the 5^th Bali Leadership Forum which focuses on the international education in Indonesia. This Forum provides school leaders the opportunity to focus on leading your schools effectively with the understanding of the different expectations professionally and culturally. Our schools and children are in a global era. As school leaders and educators, are we able to adapt, adjust and fit into the environment? This forum provides necessary tools for this ever-changing global perspective.

Let's be ready. Come and join our workshops and prepare your emerging leaders.
